3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, using, or purchasing any services from 360 Software Ltd, you (the "Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
There is no requirement for a signed contract or formal written agreement to commence the use of our services. By using or continuing to use the software or services provided by 360 Software Ltd, you expressly consent to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services. Continuing to use the services after receiving notification of any changes to the Terms will be considered as acceptance of the modified Terms.
4. User Obligations
As a user of our services, you agree to:

- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
- Not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes

6. Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid within 7 days of issuance. Failure to pay within this period will result in account suspension.
Payment Enforcement Policy:
- Day 1-7: Invoice period - payment expected
- Day 8: Account suspension - services temporarily disabled
- Day 14: Account termination - data removed from servers
7. Limitation of Liability
360 Software Ltd shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or business
- Loss of use or data
- Other intangible damages or losses
- Unauthorized access to client profiles
- Security breaches or hacking incidents
8. Data Privacy & Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of your data. We comply with applicable data protection regulations, ensuring the security of your data during transmission and at rest.
360 Software may be required to disclose information in good faith when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of 360 Software, its customers, or third parties.
9. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, access to services will be immediately revoked, and any outstanding payments will remain due.
Accounts will be terminated for non-payment as outlined in Section 6, or for violation of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Seychelles. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seychelles.
11. Modifications to Terms
360 Software Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to all active users via email. If you use the software after a change is informed, it means the term is agreed.
